The refurbished Philips M1026A Anesthesia Gas Module is engineered to work seamlessly with Philips IntelliVue monitors, specifically from the MP20 to MP90 series, via an RS232 serial interface. This module is vital for accurately measuring airway gases in ventilated patients under general anesthesia. To ensure compatibility, the monitors must have Option H30 enabled.

The M1026A provides both graphical waveforms and detailed numeric data for essential gases, including Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Nitrous Oxide (N2O), one selected volatile anesthetic agent, and an optional Oxygen (O2) measurement.

It comes with two available options:
- Option A05: Features a water trap with five-agent identification for Halothane, Isoflurane, Enflurane, Desflurane, and Sevoflurane.
- Option C03: A required option that enhances the module with fast Oxygen measurement capabilities.
