Hiring: Inside Medical Sales Representative
Primary Responsibilities:
Create sales revenue and drive profit margins in new and existing accounts within an assigned geographical territory through cold calls, warm calls, and on-site visits
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, close new business opportunities, and convert accounts from competition
Call 60-80 company-generated leads and/or accounts daily to help build on new and existing relationships
Evaluate customer needs though profiling questions and present solutions
Maintain accurate client records
Adheres to all company employment policies and safe practices
Attend Trade Shows as assigned
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements/Skills:
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team to meet or exceed goals
Must be organized with good time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to present and communicate in a professional manner
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field preferred
Previous cold calling experience preferred
Prior medical device or phone sales experience is preferred
